Job Title: SEO Director

As the SEO Director, you will need to have extensive technical SEO experience across multiple different client verticals. This role also requires someone who can lead clients and develop new business opportunities for the company.

The overall scope of the role will include the following:

1. Manage a client portfolio: Taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day-to-day management of these accounts.
2. Build and sustain relationships: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and ensure frequent contact with any other third-party agencies used by each client.
3. Identify and implement projects: Specifically identify, propose, up-sell, and implement new projects and campaigns to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations to maximize revenue.
4. Propose innovative strategies: Actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets.
5. Work closely with technical teams: Collaborate with the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service to retain and grow all client accounts.
6. Advise clients: Proactively advise clients about SEO landscape developments and ensure that account strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements.
7. Understand agency products: Maintain a strong understanding of all the agency’s products and services to successfully promote these to clients.
8. Keep digital knowledge updated: Maintain a strong understanding of all things digital, including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email, Website, Mobile, Content, etc.
