Senior Zoho Consultant

We are a Dubai-based digital marketing agency looking for an experienced full-time Senior Zoho Consultant/ Developer in India. This is a remote role.

Please apply if you are highly skilled and experienced in leading and managing the full implementation of the Zoho Suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions using Zoho's range of applications, while demonstrating expertise in customizing and optimizing Zoho systems for various business needs.

Key requirements:

• Availability: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm UAE time.
• Experience: Strong expertise in Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics.
• Proven experience with Zoho customization, API integration, and automation.
• Deep understanding of business processes across various industries and how Zoho products can be applied to solve complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Job responsibilities:

• Zoho CRM Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM, including customization, workflow automation, lead management, and reporting functionalities.
• Full Zoho Suite Deployment: Manage the deployment, configuration, and customization of the complete Zoho Suite, including Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant applications.
• Consulting and Strategy Development: Provide strategic advice and best practices on how to leverage Zoho products to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and improve data management.
• Integration and Automation: Design and implement integrations between Zoho applications and third-party tools (via APIs or Zoho Flow), ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
• Custom Solutions: Develop custom functions, deluge scripts, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems into Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure they can effectively use the Zoho suite and provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Reporting and Analytics: Build custom reports and dashboards to help monitor key business metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Ensure the Zoho ecosystem remains up-to-date, secure, and optimized for future scalability and business needs.
