Senior Womenswear Designer and Product Developer

This is a not to be missed opportunity for a senior womenswear designer to join an award-winning retailer as they have continued growth in Dubai.

The role:

1. Elevating the brand product experience across multiproduct womenswear categories with a focus on global trends.
2. Designing the collection alongside team members.
3. Overseeing product development and sampling inclusive of fitting and price negotiation.
4. Supervising photo shoots.
5. Overseeing and mentoring design team members.
6. Working closely with merchandising and liaising with offshore suppliers.

The candidate:

1. Prior experience working in a senior womenswear design capacity with the ability to produce technical CAD drawings, fit samples, and negotiate with suppliers.
2. A contemporary handwriting.
3. Leadership experience.
4. Currently based in Dubai, or willing to relocate.

In return, there is a salary of up to 23,000 AED per month tax-free, inclusive of accommodation allowance. Additionally, you will have 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays and medical cover.
