Senior Waiter/Waitress Premium Lounge

Job Purpose - The Premium Lounge Senior Waiter/Waitress is integral in ensuring that all Premium Lounge clientele (passengers, civil aviation officials, airport authorities, airline representatives, and external consumers) receive the highest-quality culinary services efficiently and effectively. They are highly professional and enjoy promoting a calm and positive attitude in all situations. This is particularly important as they are responsible for maintaining our high standards of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for our clientele in Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) lounges and restaurants.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure that all our customers and guests receive high standards of service to have an exceptional experience.
2. Assist with table service and ensure the dining areas remain clean and organized by promptly clearing dishes to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
3. Follow standard opening and closing procedures to ensure the outlet is properly prepared.
4. Comply to the company's established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.
5. Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily or seek the assistance of the supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Report to the Assistant F&B Supervisor about any complain, staff absenteeism or shortage in stocks to ensure timely resolution and smooth operations.
7. Assist in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock to make sure that the same is in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and display or store them to maintain inventory accuracy.
8. Ensure tasks such as wiping, cleaning, polishing, organizing, collecting, loading, dispatching and others as assigned by the line manager are performed as per Emirates Flight Catering standards.
9. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy

Education Qualification:

1. High school certification (must have)
2. Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

1. Good command in spoken and written English
2. Positive and service-oriented attitude
3. Good command of customer service skills
4. Ability to handle a high-volume service environment
5. Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
