Position: waiter and waitress

Location: Tower C, Damac Towers Paramount, Business Bay, Dubai

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and seating guests: Welcoming customers, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
2. Taking orders: Listening to customers' food and drink preferences, offering recommendations, and accurately recording orders.
3. Serving food and drinks: Delivering orders to tables, ensuring accuracy, and addressing any special requests.
4. Knowledge of menu: Being well-versed in the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
5. Customer service: Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
6. Handling customer complaints: Addressing issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service and a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of previous waiter experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge environment is preferred.
2. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
3. Providing exceptional customer service to guests.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Strong organizational skills to manage orders and inventory.
7. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
8. Fluent (or native) English language speaker; Mandarin or Arabic, Russian, or any extra languages are a plus.
9. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak dining hours in the restaurant and bar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 2,000 - AED 4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Fine dining service: 3 years (Preferred)
