Senior Vice President of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director in real estate.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
4. Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
