We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications based in the UAE to spearhead global communication initiatives for a prestigious family office with a wide range of business interests. In this influential role, you will be tasked with enhancing the international presence of the CEO/Chairman and family members, expertly handling high-stakes issues and crisis communications, and driving global media engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a global communications strategy that amplifies the CEO/Chairman’s and family members’ international profiles.
- Serve as the chief communications advisor to the CEO/Chairman, providing expert guidance on media relations, public relations, and reputation management.
- Strategically manage crisis communication scenarios, ensuring rapid and effective responses to potential issues.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, both locally and internationally.
- Oversee the production of high-quality communication materials, including press releases, speeches, and media statements.
- Direct the planning and execution of public appearances and media engagements for the CEO/Chairman.
- Monitor and manage the organisation’s public image across global platforms, ensuring consistency and positive perception.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communications strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of internal communications to ensure alignment across all levels of the organisation.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate communications at a senior leadership level, particularly within multinational environments.
- Proven expertise in elevating the profiles of CEOs and high-level executives through strategic communications.
- Demonstrated success in crisis communication and issues management, with the ability to act swiftly under pressure.
- Outstanding writing and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and precision.
- Strong network and ability to build relationships with influential media contacts globally.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with the company’s communication strategy.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive communication plans that support overall business goals.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
