JOB PURPOSE Lead and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Aldar Properties' new real estate developments. Ensure campaigns effectively position and promote our projects to target audiences. Drive sales and brand awareness through strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies and brand positioning for over 20 property launches annually.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team fostering a supportive culture that empowers diverse talent, aligns efforts through OKRs, and motivates through example, creating a dynamic team that delivers exceptional campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including market research, partnerships, events, experiences, and development teams to develop and align campaigns with overall business objectives.
Coordinate launch activities, events, and activations.
Direct PR, social media, and influencer marketing strategies for development launches.
Identify and select top-tier agency partners, implementing a strategic RFP process to attract and evaluate agencies that align with Aldar's innovative approach to real estate development.
Manage agency relationships and external partnerships.
Bring a digital-first mindset to support digital transformation in marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing touchpoints.
Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively.
As a senior leader, the SVP will play a crucial role in high-level organizational decisions.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Manage and optimize multi-million-dirham annual campaign budgets.
Track ROI on marketing investments and report on key performance indicators.
Recommend budget allocations based on market trends and campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 8 years in senior roles. Proven track record in real estate or luxury goods marketing ideal.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Expert in integrated marketing campaign development and execution. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Data-driven decision-making capabilities. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills desirable but not essential.
