Proven track record in implementation of C&B initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent financial skills and analysis of data.
Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices.
Good conflict resolution, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance.

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or human resources.
