Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices

Good conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or human resources
