Excellent analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel.

Strong financial skills and analysis of data.

Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices.

Good conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or human resources.
