We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to create innovative solutions that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform the design process
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
• Design user interfaces that are visually stunning, responsive, and accessible across multiple devices and platforms
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the fintech industry

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Familiarity with fintech products and services, or the ability to quickly learn the domain

• Experience designing for mobile and web applications in the fintech industry
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of data visualization and information architecture principles
• Passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences
