Senior UI / UX Designer

Role Type : Full Time, Outsourced, Onsite + Offsite (Hybrid)

Contract Duration : 12 Months (extendable based on performance)

Job Location : Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Working hours and working days : 9 AM- 6 PM (5 days a week)

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app. This role will play a crucial part in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces that enhance user engagement and experience to drive strategic business requirements. The Senior UI / UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI / UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web, and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your UI / UX design work and demonstrating your design process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
