Senior UI UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI / UX Designer with a strong background in Figma to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Experience in the real estate industry will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and enhance user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
5. Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across different platforms.
6. Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
7. Work on real estate-related digital platforms (if applicable) to enhance user engagement and experience.

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of experience in UI / UX design.
2. Expertise in Figma and other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
4. Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
5. Ability to analyze user behavior and apply research findings to improve design.
6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus).
7. Experience in the real estate industry or working on real estate platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
