Are you passionate about crafting intuitive, secure, and visually stunning user interfaces? We're hiring a Sr. Frontend Engineer / UI UX Designer to lead the design and development of responsive and user-friendly portal applications for a renowned banking institution in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop seamless, high-usability interfaces for bank employees.
2. Lead the UI/UX design process, ensuring user-friendly navigation and interactions.
3. Create and maintain consistent design systems across applications.
4. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth integration and performance.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while delivering a secure, responsive, and accessible experience.

Required Skills:

1. Frontend: Expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
2. UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.
3. UI/UX Integration: Accessibility (ARIA, WCAG), responsive design, performance optimization, usability testing.
4. Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of secure UI/UX practices (OAuth, SSL/TLS, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
5. Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
