PURPOSE
Responsible for leading the therapist team overseeing delivery of a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure, etc.) in a safe and comfortable manner. Ensure that all therapists are fully trained in treatments, tasks, LQA, and Jumeirah SOPs. Makes sure that procedures and sequence of services are always adhered to. Responsible for guaranteeing that guest journeys are always of a high standard, and to promote the Spa and Leisure facilities at every opportunity.
