Develop product formulation and applications of beverages based on industrial standards and country client specific requirements.
An application bench experience is a must with knowledge in food ingredients and process.
Support clients for industrial trial and recommend adequate industrial process for new installations/product lines to clients.
Work in close collaboration with account managers, category teams (flavorist, technologist, and marketing), and other departments with one team spirit.
Prepare and lead client's technical presentations and applications.
Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to project briefs and keep daily records on laboratory work and results, run stability tests, and check application stability according to established protocol.
Follow good laboratory practices and the established HSE rules.

You bring
Bachelor/master's degree in food science/Chemistry with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in multinational/international FMCG or B2B industry.
Strong knowledge in food ingredients mainly (Hydrocolloids, Cultures & Enzymes for Food applications) and process flows food application is a must for this position.
Track record of product industrialization and launching in the market.
Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking, rigorous and well organized as well as strong sensory skills in organoleptic and olfactory tests.
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, and strong team player.
Willingness to travel to support and travel in the region based on clients' needs.
Proficient in English plus Arabic/French would be an added value.
