Senior Technical Writer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with hands-on experience in technical writing, content creation, and user experience improvement. You'll play a key role in crafting content that empowers our users and drives product adoption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating comprehensive user guides, how-to content, and technical procedures
• Developing engaging training videos, product demo materials, and Visio diagrams
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, QA, and SMEs to gather and verify technical content
• Testing and validating features to ensure documentation accuracy
• Improving documentation processes and mentoring junior writers

What You Bring

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation for software products
• Expertise in tools like Adobe FrameMaker, Camtasia Studio, Visio, Snagit, OBS Studio, and IXIASOFT CCMS
• Strong grasp of version control and collaboration tools (Git Extensions, Jira, Confluence, Perforce)
• Experience with software testing, technical support, and client training
• Native in English

Preferred Background

• Prior experience with global tech and telco companies
• Hands-on involvement in PLM, ERP, or Manufacturing/Distribution software documentation
• Ability to create content that enhances user experience, reduces support load, and boosts user adoption
