Job Opening: Senior Technical Superintendent

Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting/recruitment agency in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Technical Superintendent to join the client's team in Dubai.

1. Lead and manage a team of technical superintendents to ensure efficient and safe operations of the offshore vessels
2. Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities
3. Monitor vessel performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
5. Manage relationships with stakeholders including ship owners, charterers, and vendors
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the team and ship personnel
7. Review and improve maintenance procedures and processes
8. Monitor and control budget and expenditure related to vessel maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in offshore vessel technical management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours
• Sailing experience in offshore vessels and COC Class 1 is advantageous
