Senior Technical Presales Consultant

JOB PURPOSE: To support the presales for Digital Business

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree or higher

EXPERIENCE:10+ years in IT Services (Digital)

LOCATION:Dubai

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Presales Specialist with a strong background in digital solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software pre-sales, with a focus on digital technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer pitches, proposals, vendor relationships, and product demonstrations to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction regionally across GCC. The role will involve travel to customer locations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Experience in software pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture, with a focus on digital solutions.
3. Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Process Automation / Low Code, Application Modernization, AI/ML, and software engineering.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to customers.
7. Scope of Work and Proposal writing experience.
