Managing and overseeing construction projects under the jurisdiction of CMW.
Ensuring strict compliance with CMW regulations, standards, and procedures.
Supervising and coordinating construction activities with CMW personnel.
Managing construction documentation specific to CMW projects.
Implementing and enforcing CMW safety and security protocols.
Liaising with CMW authorities for project approvals and inspections.
Budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control in accordance with CMW guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience working as projects manager on construction projects under CMW authority.
In-depth knowledge of CMW regulations, standards, and processes.
Strong project management skills specific to CMW projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Familiarity with military construction specifications and requirements.
