Senior Technical Engineer

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Assess Structural Needs: Evaluate the stability of existing structures and determine the need for shoring.
2. Develop Shoring Plans: Create detailed plans and designs for shoring systems to support buildings and structures during construction, renovation, or repair.
3. Structural Analysis: Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and the ability to analyze the stability and load-bearing capacity of structures.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in engineering software and tools used for design and analysis.
5. Attention to Detail: Precision in calculations and design to ensure safety and effectiveness.
6. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders, including non-engineers.
7. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
8. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to shoring and construction.
9. Dubai Municipality Accreditation: For piling, shoring, and foundation design is essential.
10. Estimation: Experience in tender estimation.
