2. Serve as the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and help to ensure that staff can effectively use technology to support their work.
3. User Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.
4. Help Desk Management: Manage the IT help desk system, including logging and tracking support tickets, prioritizing and categorizing issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of user problems.
