In collaboration with engineering, game, and level design teams, help to design, prototype, and implement various gameplay systems and solutions for AAA games.
Work together with the technical team in organizing a proper data structure in the engine.
Be a data guru: take ownership and validate game/level design data integration, adjusting and polishing.
Be the point of contact for any design questions and issues related to the engine possibilities and limits.
Be the number one person in striving for consistency and optimization in terms of debugging within the engine/tech/design team.
Based on design team needs, create technical requirements and supervise the production of game design tools.
Take an active part in all planning sessions for the project, especially those that assume any new feature or system to be inserted.
Minimum Requirements:
Deep knowledge of UE/Unity is a must (or any common engines).
Experience with 3D level/game design tools and editors.
Solid experience in scripting and/or programming languages.
Experience in working with large data sets, knowing how to integrate and manipulate it.
Passionate gamer, with a strong passion for games in general.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English (both verbal, written, and technical).
