Job description

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of technical solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  3. Understand client objectives and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing solutions.
  6. Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical account management role.
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
