About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in driving internal and external hirings, managing stakeholder relationships, and creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience. What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify top talent using various sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Drive passive talent engagement through innovative sourcing techniques.
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring talent needs align with business objectives.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
Process Optimization & Recruitment Innovation
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and track hiring metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical business functions.
Candidate Experience & Offer Management
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations while ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.
What You’ll Bring:
Expertise & Experience
- 7+ years of in-house recruitment experience in end-to-end talent acquisition across Tech roles.
- Consulting and agency hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Strong exposure to mid-to-senior level hiring, and leadership hiring.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media hiring, and referral programs).
- Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline.
- Excellent speaking and written skills in English to engage with a global talent pool.
Relationship Management & Leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy Mindset
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with HR tech tools, AI-based screening, and recruitment automation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics to drive data-backed hiring decisions.
