Senior Team Leader - Sales (Hospitality)

What you'll do

• Promote and sell rooms and services to leisure and corporate clients based on the sales and marketing plan to achieve the financial targets of the company.
• Prepare the annual Sales & Marketing Plan including the rate structure and budget forecast for all hotel properties.
• Work closely with Revenue department to ensure that the pricing strategy applied is in line with demand and pick-up.
• Initiate promotions and advertising during selected periods to maximize awareness and sales figures.
• Build up a healthy client base to translate into actual production from both leisure and corporate segments.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct sale blitzes to companies and government ministries within UAE.
• Be up to date with events and holidays calendars for source markets including the domestic market to enable the creation of a set of activities to take advantage of these demand points.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management is preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of hotel sales experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Opera, and IDS systems.
