HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a key partner on the Cartier MEIAT Talent Management team, you will drive regional talent acquisition, ensuring a positive candidate experience and building diverse talent pipelines. You will proactively identify and source top talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You are highly data and insights driven when building your talent mapping and sourcing strategies; you inform strategic decision-making and contribute to succession planning. You are a business partner, collaborating with HR and the Business closely on current and anticipating talent topics. You will lead and participate in key projects, including those focused on employer branding, university engagement, and nationalization initiatives (Emiratization and Saudization). This includes partnering with the Richemont Talent Team, being a key ambassador not only for the Maison but wider Group.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To achieve success in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of experience in talent acquisition or management, demonstrating a successful history of filling critical roles. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and shaping strategic insights, while attention to detail ensures high-quality work and compliance with policies. Proven project management abilities, particularly in event settings, will enable effective leadership of initiatives. Additionally, creativity and curiosity are vital for devising innovative recruitment strategies and improving candidate experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and active listening, play a crucial role in building strong relationships with stakeholders. A proactive, results-driven mindset combined with resilience is also necessary for thriving in this dynamic environment.
