Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/TA Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful recruiter to join our team, specializing in talent acquisition within the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top-tier professionals, particularly in the logistics industry or roles requiring expertise in high-volume ramp-up operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the Middle East region, with a focus on logistics and high-growth industries.
  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with experience in supply chain management, large-scale operations, and project ramp-ups.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  4. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends and improve recruitment efficiency.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated success in recruiting for logistics, supply chain, or high-volume operational roles.
  2. Deep understanding of the Middle East job market, cultural nuances, and hiring practices.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse talent pools.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
  5. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  6. Proved direct sourcing skills.
  7. Fluent in English; Chinese and Arabic speaking ability would be preferred.
