Our client is a well-regarded investment funding focused around Real Estate and other investments within its holding company. The business is looking for a Senior Talent Lead to work under the Chairman and oversee all talent strategy and the full-cycle recruitment process.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Lead and manage the recruitment process for the group.
  3. Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
  5. Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
  6. Oversee recruitment efforts, including partnerships with external agencies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
  8. Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.

Education & Experience:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the United Arab Emirates, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. A track record of successfully leading high-performing recruitment teams and implementing large-scale hiring strategies.
  4. Strong expertise in recruitment technologies, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  5. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  8. A data-oriented approach, with hands-on experience in leveraging recruitment metrics for strategic decision-making.
