Rise to the challenge

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will fill vacancies, with being a unique point of contact for all roles in the given market/ cluster and/or coordination of bigger recruitment projects with involvement of Third Party Workers (TPW), RPO, or intern resources, as well as coordination of Employer Branding (EB) or Early Careers (EC) initiatives at a market level and managing higher level business stakeholders in the market or function, such as Head of Functions.

What your day looks like

  • Understand the needs of the hiring manager and team/function by discussing functional or regional vacancy requirements on a weekly basis, Support TA Manager (TAM) with gathering and consolidating the recruitment needs in each scope.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from the initial hiring manager brief to the offer negotiation and day 1 onboarding stage.
  • Manage and improve the candidate experience by adhering to process SLA's and suggesting improvement initiatives aimed at improving TA KPIs.
  • In close collaboration with EB/ EC teams and in alignment with global frameworks/ guidelines, work as project manager at local/ functional level for bigger recruitment projects and/ or EB/ EC activities, coordinate other resources (TPW, RPO, Interns other TA colleagues) involved into the project. Ensure that admin support to the recruitment process is provided, if needed and not performed by TA Fulfillment team for the respective market.
  • Adapt direct sourcing model via using diverse channels (including but limiting with internal direct sourcing team (GTS), social media, referrals, HM recommendations, etc.) to minimize agency spend and increase quality of shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure regular reporting on vacancies and project activities to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders, based on outcomes agree on next steps / actions, discuss alternative attraction plans if needed.
  • Update the TA applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records to ensure 100% process adherence and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with TAM and COEs to ensure continuous improvement of the recruitment process to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Deliver against individual and team’s objectives. Understand the WHAT and HOW and track progress on a quarterly basis. Ensure an individual development plan is created and discuss this with your manager throughout the year.
  • Invest in personal development to increase TA capability and complete all training modules.


What you need to have

  • College/University graduate
  • More than 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Experience in leveraging on multiple candidates sourcing tools, including social media, networking, and referrals
  • Experience in coordinating Talent Acquisition projects, with solid background in managing business leaders
  • Proven experience managing processes through an ATS
  • Ability to communicate in English is a must as you need to thrive in large global organization
