Senior Supervisor Housekeeping

Keys Please Holiday Homes, a leading Airbnb management company in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with a valid UAE driver's license to oversee the
housekeeping operations across our portfolio of short-term rental properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in housekeeping supervision, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to maintain top-quality cleanliness and presentation of all holiday rental properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of Airbnb properties to ensure they meet our high standards for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and property turnovers to ensure smooth operations and timely check-ins.
• Address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly in collaboration with other departments.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure proper inventory control.
• Drive to different properties across Dubai as needed (valid UAE driver's license required).
• Respond to guest feedback related to cleanliness and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally in short-term rentals, hotels, or property management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
