Senior Structural Engineer - Site

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a variety of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of buildings and infrastructure while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
2. Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
3. Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
5. Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional development and best practices.
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
7. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design practices and efficiencies.
8. Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on specific types of structures or industries.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; additional certifications (e.g., SE) preferred.
4. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Revit).
5. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
