Senior Specification Engineer

We are recruiting a Senior Specification Engineer for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a prominent producer specializing in gray and white cement, known for their excellence and innovation in the cement industry. With a commitment to high-quality standards and cutting-edge production techniques, they are a key player in delivering top-grade cement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visiting potential client consultants & architects and specifying products for mega large and medium projects.
2. Building relationships with engineers, architects, specifiers, and facilities managers, targeting specific market areas by providing sufficient technical support.
3. Recommending the right system and providing technical recommendations to major architects and consultants.
4. Preparing all relevant and accurate documents; prequalification documents, method statements, specification clauses, and product presentations for all systems and products.
5. Ensuring products and systems are qualified at the client/consultant level and driven through the specification cycle.
6. Testing the company products according to the standards used and required in the region.
7. Supporting key target markets including waterproofing, concrete, roofing, flooring, repair, and protection.
8. Coordinating with authorities to assist in designing product specifications for upcoming projects.
9. Participating in and conducting presentations and workshops in exhibitions and seminars with customers/consultants/contractors.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Civil Engineer / Chemical Engineer / MSc / relevant degree.
2. Experience: 25 years of UAE or GCC experience as a specification engineer.
3. Good contacts with consultants, architects, and government institutions.
