Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive UAV training programs for internal staff, clients, and partners, covering all aspects of UAV operation, maintenance, and safety.
2. Conduct training sessions, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain UAV systems effectively and safely.
3. Continuously update and improve training curricula, materials, and resources to reflect the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.
4. Serve as the subject matter expert on UAV technology, providing guidance and support on technical issues, best practices, and troubleshooting during training sessions and in the field.
5. Conduct practical flight training exercises, demonstrating proper UAV operation techniques, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance, and overseeing participant performance.
