Job Title: Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in coordinating with other departments in the identification of annual manpower requirements, based on the approved department’s strategy and organization structure.
2. Apply analytical thinking skills to rationalize and communicate with stakeholders in case of any deviations from the workforce plan/budget.
3. Provide inputs and support in the HR strategic planning process, and identify relevant data to track achievement against KPIs.
4. Draft and maintain specific, effective and efficient Job Descriptions.
5. Participate in developing and seeking new sourcing strategies to select the targeted group of talent, carry out the continuous process of identifying efficient, original, and cost-effective recruitment channels and methods.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
2. Proficient in Arabic and a good command of English.
3. 6-8 years’ experience with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
4. 6 years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations.
