Implement and configure Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) solutions, with a focus on Oracle Organisational Development (OD) and Rewards modules.
Provide expert guidance on organisational structures, talent management, compensation, benefits, and rewards configurations.
Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to drive solutions.
Manage system integration and ensure successful HCM processes.
Support testing, troubleshooting for service users, and ongoing system enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM (EBS or Cloud), particularly the Organisational Development (OD) and Rewards modules, including implementation, configuration and support.
Strong expertise in talent management, compensation, benefits, organisational structures and rewards configurations within Oracle HCM systems.
Proven ability to handle customisations for Oracle HCM modules and work with SQL and PL/SQL for system integration.
Experience in multi-country HCM implementations and working in client-facing environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.
Fluency in Arabic and English is an essential requirement.
