Job description
Manage internal Coordination between departments & brokers to develop the General Lines portfolio.
Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and the Underwriting team.
Prepare Business / Performance reports on a Monthly basis and share them with the line manager.
Conduct Portal Presentations & Train Brokers on various SME products offered by the company.
Provide brokers with required support by coordinating with other departments like Claims, IT, and Credit control related issues.
Build excellent rapport with brokers through periodic visits.
Update and maintain all KYC related documents of the panel broker.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
University Graduate / preferably Business or IT related degree / Insurance certification will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of MS-Office software especially MS-Excel.
Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience strictly with Insurance Company / Insurance Broker in a similar role. (Dubai)
