Job description
  • Manage internal Coordination between departments & brokers to develop the General Lines portfolio.
  • Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and the Underwriting team.
  • Prepare Business / Performance reports on a Monthly basis and share them with the line manager.
  • Conduct Portal Presentations & Train Brokers on various SME products offered by the company.
  • Provide brokers with required support by coordinating with other departments like Claims, IT, and Credit control related issues.
  • Build excellent rapport with brokers through periodic visits.
  • Update and maintain all KYC related documents of the panel broker.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: University Graduate / preferably Business or IT related degree / Insurance certification will be an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS-Office software especially MS-Excel.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience strictly with Insurance Company / Insurance Broker in a similar role. (Dubai)
