Devise and design business process requirements for all Marketing, Advertising and Branding related activities that are critical to Marketing and Corporate Communications functions.
Job Description:
Construct promotional activities and communication via fairs and events.
Provide recommendations of new tactical Marketing initiatives to the Advertising and Promotion Manager and oversee integration into Marketing Campaigns, to make RTA Marketing campaigns unique.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information about the projects that are handled.
Follow up with the media and advertising agencies in order to ensure on time delivery as per the required quality standards.
Coordinate with related Advertising Agencies by providing them with a brief of the job and with all related information (scripts, pictures, dimensions, etc).
Review the preparation and distribution of electronic, written, and verbal information to inform employees of project progress and related issues and risks.
Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns.
Evaluate the artwork made by the companies and present the result to the senior management for approval.
Identify bottle necks with existing processes of planning and executing Marketing Campaigns.
Plan and design promotional campaigns for all agencies.
Identify key performance indicators and develop cost/benefits reports to measure the benefits of Marketing Campaigns.
Analyze and improve business processes, services, and internal and external customer and RTA users&apos satisfaction level.
Stay up-to-date on new and emerging technologies and their probable utilization in RTA business environment in order to improve services, performance and achieve a high satisfaction level of customers.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and progress of the campaigns.
Participate in all Marketing Campaigns Executions assigned, ensure compliance with the Advertising and Promotion plan, and ensure target business benefits are being obtained.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Business Administration / Marketing from a recognized University/Masters preferred with 8 years of experience in Media.
