Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining Cin7 Products and their supporting applications & services, covering back-end services to client-side components. This role is responsible for building mobile applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications and coordinate with the rest of the team to work on different infrastructure layers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Execute an entire software development lifecycle.
2. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and JS code.
3. Write well-designed and testable code that meets defined requirements.
4. Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable solutions.
5. Perform unit and unit integration testing.
6. Responsible for developing features in Angular technologies and being aware of Angular CLI for build and translations.
7. Capable of resolving issues in the build pipeline and maintaining app versions according to market store standards.
8. Ensure an ever-increasing level of technical skill and understanding in the team through constructive feedback and coaching (for example, the overview of pull requests).
9. Lead proof of concept efforts targeted within the team and proactively address technical uncertainty.
10. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of development and integrations created.
11. Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
12. Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
13. Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements.
14. Assist system and testers in troubleshooting anomalies, understanding impacts, and identifying solutions to bugs or gaps in functionality.

Competencies & Role/Education Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework and C#
2. HTML, CSS, Scss, Typescript, Javascript & ES6, Angular 11 (or higher), Angular JS, Cordova Plugin
3. Deep understanding of OOP and SOLID.
4. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies e.g., SCRUM.
5. Experience with concurrent development source control (Git).
6. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
