What You'll Do

1. Architect & build scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
2. Own end-to-end feature development—from brainstorming to deployment.
3. Work directly with founders & product teams to shape solutions that drive real impact.
4. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability using AWS (RDS, Aurora, Lambda, ECS, EC2, etc.).
5. Automate everything—from CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to containerized deployments (Docker).
6. Mentor and collaborate with a team of top-tier engineers, ensuring high code quality through peer reviews.
7. Stay ahead of the curve—experiment, iterate, and innovate with the latest tech.

What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
2. Proficiency in Node.js & React.js—you know how to build robust, maintainable, and scalable applications.
3. Deep expertise in PostgreSQL—query optimization, performance tuning, and database scaling.
4. Strong experience with AWS services (RDS, Aurora, EC2, EBS, ECR, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
5. Hands-on experience with Docker & CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).
6. A problem-solver mindset—you love debugging, optimizing, and making things run faster.
