ABOUT THE JOB

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves developing and optimizing their PHP-based application supported by a MySQL database. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions-oriented professional capable of managing complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand, and enhance the existing application architecture.
• Design and develop new features aligned with evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using application logs and debugging tools.
• Optimize and manage relational data models in MySQL.
• Adapt and innovate within various technical constraints and frameworks.

Requirements

Required Skills and Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in PHP 7 / 8 with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Expertise in REST API development and consumption, particularly with OAuth2 authentication.
• Proficiency in at least one PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, Yii).
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git / GitHub).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its services is advantageous.
• Database: MySQL.

• Confidence in explaining complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
