We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Social Media and Creative Manager to lead our agency's social media and content creation teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, mentor a talented team, and drive innovative social media campaigns.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Business Development & Client Relationship
- Develop proposals and pitch the agency's social media and content creation services to prospective clients.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Social Media Management
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with the client's goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor the social media team to ensure professional growth and alignment with agency goals.
- Design campaigns that integrate engaging content creation and direction.
- Oversee the management of clients' social media profiles.
- Recommend and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like content ideas, promotions, and competitions.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools.
- Collaborate with PR and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan, run, and manage paid social media campaigns.
Partner with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the team.
Set performance KPIs and conduct regular analyses of team progress and development.
Content Team Management
- Oversee team schedules to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers, including models, hair and makeup artists (HMUA), and location managers, for shoots.
- Ensure all content adheres to client briefs, brand guidelines, and social media best practices.
KEY ATTRIBUTES & CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting.
- Social Media Strategist using organic and paid activations.
- Strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and team management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
