Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and supervising the construction team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise construction team and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Keep accurate records of onsite activities and progress.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
