Our PrimeServ Marine & Power division in Dubai is looking for Senior Service Engineers.

Your main tasks

1. Lead and coordinate a team of field service engineers.
2. Research, design, install, and maintain mechanical products and systems.
3. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
4. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs to meet specifications.
5. Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions.
6. Develop and monitor service and maintenance processes.
7. Conduct tests to ensure optimal equipment performance.
8. Provide technical customer service and feedback to design engineers.

Your profile

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
2. Results-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
3. Proactive communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels.
4. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
5. Resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Analytical thinker with a focus on innovative solutions.
7. Experience in technical troubleshooting and system optimization.
