Job Description

Position Title: Senior SEO Executive

Location: Remote (India or Philippines)

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with expertise in on-page and off-page optimization strategies, content strategy, and project management. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Primary Responsibilities

On-Page Optimization:

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.
• Implement best practices for site structure, internal linking, and mobile optimization.
• Develop and execute content strategies to target relevant keywords and topics.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Utilize keyword research and analysis to guide content creation efforts.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to increase backlinks and domain authority.
• Identify opportunities for outreach and link building with relevant websites and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and adjust strategies as needed.

Project Management:

• Plan and prioritize SEO initiatives based on business goals and objectives.
• Track and report on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Experience Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is a plus.
