Senior Security Architect - Consultant

Role: Senior Security Architect/Consultant SSO & MFA Implementation
Location: Remote India
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extendable)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Security Architect/Consultant with expertise in designing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions for in-house applications.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with leading SSO/MFA tools including Ping Identity, Azure AD, Okta, and others to architect secure scalable access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect SSO & MFA Solutions: Design and implement robust SSO and MFA strategies for in-house or legacy enterprise applications integrating multiple identity providers like Ping Identity, Azure AD, and Okta.
2. Identity Federation & Access Control: Implement identity federation using protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect ensuring secure and seamless user authentication across internal and cloud-based systems.
3. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Integration: Integrate MFA solutions using tools like Azure MFA, PingOne, and Okta Verify ensuring layered security for sensitive enterprise applications.
4. Cross-Platform Integration: Enable cross-platform authentication for both cloud-based and on-premises applications ensuring scalability, redundancy, and high availability of authentication systems.
5. Security Framework Design: Lead the implementation of Zero Trust access models defining policies for secure access, device compliance, and role-based access control (RBAC).
6. Consulting & Troubleshooting: Act as the technical lead providing consulting for SSO/MFA integration, troubleshooting complex security challenges, and ensuring efficient authentication workflows.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed documentation of architecture configurations and security controls. Provide periodic reports on solution performance and ongoing security audits.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SSO and MFA solutions with Ping Identity, Azure AD, Okta, or similar identity management tools.
2. Protocols & Standards: Strong expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and RADIUS for identity federation and access control.
3. MFA Solutions: Deep knowledge in deploying Azure MFA, PingOne MFA, and third-party MFA solutions to enhance security across the enterprise.
4. Identity Management Systems: Experience in configuring and maintaining identity providers like Ping Identity, Okta, and Azure AD for cloud and hybrid environments.
5. Security Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Zero Trust architecture, RBAC, least privilege access models, and auditing of authentication solutions.
6. Consulting & Integration: Proven track record of successfully integrating SSO/MFA solutions in large-scale environments and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements.
