Senior Sales Specialist - Climate Change Services

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for climate change services.
2. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and clients based on business potential and sustainability trends.
3. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Conduct client needs assessments to tailor solutions that address climate and sustainability challenges.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
7. Promote a range of climate change services including carbon footprint assessments, greenhouse gas (GHG) verifications, renewable energy solutions, and ESG compliance advisory.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
9. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
10. Monitor climate-related policies, regulations, and incentives impacting client industries.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 3 years in sales or business development working with clients in industries such as sustainability, environment, GHG, climate change, O&G, metals, construction, mining, or power plants.
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Passion for sustainability and climate change solutions.
6. Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
7. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
8. Excellent English and Arabic language skills required.
