Senior Sales Officer (Veneer / Timbercraft)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Female and Male Senior Sales Officers with expertise in Timbercraft to drive sales and business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of timber products such as melamine, veneer, red meranti, hardwood, softwood, MDF, and commercial plywood, and will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the construction, interior design, and furniture industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and managing existing accounts in the Timbercraft sector.
2. Client Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients in the construction, interior design, and furniture industries.
3. Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on timber products (melamine, veneer, hardwood, softwood, MDF, etc.), ensuring clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
4. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive sales strategies.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer, and close high-value contracts.
6. Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (purchase, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Timbercraft or building materials industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of timber products, including melamine, veneer, red meranti, hardwood, softwood, MDF, and commercial plywood.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and closing sales in a competitive market.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
6. Female candidates preferred, with a confident, professional approach to client interactions.

1. A valid UAE driving license is required, as the position involves frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
2. Knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.
