Description

Responsibilities:

1. Establish a detailed UAE market customer database, market sizing, and competitor positioning.
2. Follow and report on major customer and competitor moves and news.
3. Follow and report on market prices; growth rates etc.
4. Segment markets to best understand the target segment BCI is best positioned to serve.
5. Introduce the Company to target customers and routes to market.
6. Understand customer technical requirements and current product specifications.
7. Follow up on technical qualification process at customers in coordination with the Technical Manager including getting competitor liquid samples; foamed samples; data sheets and processing conditions.
8. Schedule regular customer visits and have an in-depth understanding of customers’ business model.
9. Manage existing accounts to secure target volumes and met/developed.
10. Communicate prices with customers and negotiate to finalize orders (offer to P/I).
11. Provide basic technical support to customer and use company technical visit reports format to report to Lab on technical requirements or issues.
12. Manage customer claims in coordination with the Technical manager and the Senior Sales manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the chemical industry with a coatings background.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
6. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field qualification and at least 7 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
